Various stakeholders of the legal community, including consumers of the justice system, those that work within it, and nonprofit groups, are set to converge on the New York Court of Appeals on Tuesday to tell a study group about the state court systems’ strengths and weaknesses since March 2020, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Pandemic Practices Working Group, a panel of The Commission to Reimagine the Future of New York’s Courts, invited 30-plus professions to testify during a days’ worth of sessions starting at 9:30 a.m., a hearing that will be livestreamed from the high court.
