Legalweek 2022 kicked off its programming Wednesday with a conversation between television host, legal commentator and media mogul Dan Abrams and Gina Passarella, editor-in-chief of ALM’s Global Legal Brands, to discuss how companies and law firms can navigate an increasingly polarized legal landscape. 

Abrams and Passarella covered various topics, including whether companies can be apolitical in today’s age of social media, the changes to the media landscape throughout Abrams’ career and how companies can discern real issues during times of external pressure and outrage.
