The Colorado Court of Appeals reversed the district court’s summary judgment order in favor of an insurance company, finding the insurer provided inaccurate information regarding uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage and that the information it provided customers provided in a selection form was confusing.

The plaintiff, Margaret Mullen, appealed Arapahoe County District Court Judge John L. Wheeler’s entry of summary judgment in favor of Metropolitan Casualty Insurance Co.
