A focus on wellbeing risks luring younger lawyers into a false sense of security that the legal profession is easier than it is, according to senior lawyers.

Speaking in a breakout session at the Global Independent Law Firms Forum on Wednesday, Marco Imperiale, chief innovation officer at LCA Law Firm said: “Because of how law firms are structured and their relationships with clients, we will never be a yoga retreat, we are lawyers, this is about limiting damages.”
