While talent is a primary concern for the lawyers running law firms, business professionals in Big Law now also say it’s their top worry when it comes to profitability.

A new survey of C-suite professionals, pricing analysts and other business-minded firm leaders found that recruiting and retaining talent, staff poaching and salary increases were the most commonly identified “high-risk” factors to firm profitability.
