The majority of lawyers surveyed about Davis Polk & Wardwell’s newly implemented ‘No Vaccine, No Office Entry’ policy are in favor of the stance, as more U.S. law firms opt for mandatory vaccination strategies. 

Davis Polk’s decision to inform its people that they would be barred from its U.S. offices via de-activated entry passes if they could not provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination has been met favorably by 75% of respondents in a Law.com International survey who said they agreed with the stance.
