A California judge denied a request for a private trial from the principal programmer of the Google search engine who is battling his ex-wife over how to divide their assets.
Scott Hassan, founder of robotics company Suitable Technologies Inc., and tech entrepreneur Allison Huynh have been entrenched in litigation over their property and investments since filing for divorce in 2015.
