A Manhattan federal judge on Thursday rejected a motion by a small-business advocacy group looking to force Major League Baseball to return its All-Star Game to Atlanta, after the league moved the event in protest of a controversial Georgia voting law.

U.S. District Judge Valerie E. Caproni of the Southern District of New York said that Washington, D.C.-based Job Creators Network lacked standing to seek injunctive relief in the case.
