Latham & Watkins has selected a new leader to help steer the firm into a post-pandemic world.

The firm on Friday said New York partner Lisa Watts, an executive committee member and 22-year veteran of Latham, will succeed Ora Fisher as vice chair, effective immediately. Fisher, who has been with the firm almost 30 years and was the first woman to serve as vice-chair, is retiring.
