It has not been the best start to the year for White & Case’s London office. The firm has seen a raft of partner exits, including three in the past week from the firm’s litigation department.

People with knowledge of the disputes said at the time that issues arose for reasons including unhappiness with work and culture at the firm, although the firm declined to comment on the nature of the exits.
