The day after Election Day, litigation in Pennsylvania continued to trickle in over voting challenges involving the presidential race, but with vote counts tightening elsewhere in the country, campaign legal resources appear to be concentrating outside the Keystone State for now.

On Wednesday, challenges began percolating up to the Commonwealth Court, where three cases are currently being handled, and by Thursday the first case was appealed up to the state Supreme Court.
