David Zetoony is an internationally recognized leader in the fields of data privacy and security and has helped hundreds of companies navigate the complexities of privacy and security law from a business practical standpoint.

In addition to helping companies establish, and maintain, their ongoing security and privacy programs, David has defended corporate privacy and security practices in investigations initiated by the Federal Trade Commission, the United Kingdom's Information Commissioner's Office, and other data privacy and security regulatory agencies around the world. David has also defended class action litigation alleging violations of United States data privacy and security laws.

A hands-on leader with a natural ability for teaching and assembling multi-disciplined teams, Jarrett is a highly sought-after speaker, trainer, lecturer and developer of university cybersecurity curriculums. In his downtime, Jarrett serves on multiple charity boards and leads community improvement activities.

Rebecca Perry is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Exterro, the leader in helping companies manage their information compliantly and defensibly – in compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity regulations like the GDPR, NYS DFS, CCPA and others.

Rebecca has been with Exterro more than 25 years helping legal, compliance, privacy and IT executives in the areas of information governance, data mapping, data minimization, records retention and third-party diligence. She manages the Alliance Partnership with the Association of Corporate Counsel and builds strategic relationships with leading law firms.

Florence is the U.S. Cyber Product Development Leader and head of the Cyber Center of Excellence in the West Zone, within Marsh's Financial and Professional specialty practice. She primarily advises clients on complex cyber and commercial E&O risk and insurance, including risk identification and management, along with customized program design.

Florence works closely and in partnership with key market decision makers in devising optimal risk transfer programs for Marsh clients. She is also tasked with driving growth, thought leadership and innovative development of new and existing cyber and E&O products and solutions. She is a frequent speaker and contributor at industry events and author of content for a variety of trade publications.
