Erica Williams is a partner in the Government, Regulatory & Investigations Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Erica focuses her practice on internal investigations and defense of companies and individuals accused by the government of involvement in securities law violations, white collar crime and other major business litigation disputes and crises.

Erica was previously a Special Assistant and Associate Counsel to President Barack Obama, where she advised the president and his senior advisors on legal and constitutional issues involving economic policy, financial regulation and reform, financial technology, trade, intellectual property and data protection and privacy.

Steven J. Olson | Partner | O’Melveny

Steve Olson serves as the firmwide Co-Chair of the White Collar Defense and Corporate Investigations Practice.

As a former federal fraud prosecutor at the US Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, Steve regularly represents companies, boards of directors and executives in criminal and civil matters against government enforcement agencies. He also advises companies and independent directors in connection with complex and sensitive internal investigations. Steve has extensive jury trial experience both at the government and in private practice.

Jake Frazier | Senior Managing Director, Technology | FTI Consulting

Jake Frazier is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting and heads the Information Governance, Privacy & Security practice within the Technology segment. Mr. Frazier helps legal, records, information technology and information security departments to identify, develop, evaluate and implement in-house electronic discovery and information governance processes, programs and solutions. These solutions are designed to produce the largest return on investment while simultaneously reducing risk.

Kristina Moore | Managing Director | FTI Consulting

Kristina Moore is a Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment at FTI Consulting and is based in Washington, D.C. She is also a part of the segment’s Energy & Natural Resources industry practice.

For over 14 years, Ms. Moore has provided strategic counsel to Members of the U.S. Congress in matters relating to energy, the environment, and regulatory reform. As a lead Congressional investigator, Ms. Moore has also been at the center of many of the cases and issues that have dominated national energy and environment-related headlines over the course of the last decade.
