EVERYTHING’S FINE - As the old saying goes, sometimes you have to break seven dozen eggs to make an omelette. From the outside looking in, losing 80 partners and of counsel in the span of 18 months may look like a problem, but for Boies Schiller Flexner, according to managing partners Nick Gravante and Natasha Harrison, it just means the plan is really working. The firm leaders told Dylan Jackson and David Thomas that the “vast majority” of recent exits have been the intentional result of an ongoing strategic restructuring. Former Boies Schiller attorneys, however, have a decidedly different take on what’s been driving the departures.
