The former general counsel of the United Services Automobile Association has been named the senior vice president and general counsel of the energy utility Consolidated Edison Company of New York.
Deneen Donnley began her role as general counsel and senior vice president Jan. 22. She is based in the company’s offices in New York City. She replaces longtime general counsel Elizabeth Moore, who retired from the company after serving as general counsel for 10 years.
