Chinese firm Han Kun Law Offices has recruited a prominent dispute resolution partner in Shanghai.

Denning Jin joins from Haiwen & Partners, where he was one of the main partners in charge of the firm’s disputes practice. Jin specializes in intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation in China, as well as in international arbitration. He joined Haiwen in Shanghai in 2015 from King & Wood Mallesons, where he spent more than two decades practising in the firm’s Shanghai office. Jin was a key disputes partner in Shanghai for King & Wood Mallesons at the time of his departure.
