Deutsche Bank does not have copies of President Donald Trump’s tax returns that would be transmitted to Congress in response to a subpoena, but does have filings of two other individuals within his family, a federal appellate court revealed in a decision Thursday.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit rejected in the decision a request from a coalition of media outlets to force Deutsche Bank to reveal whose tax returns it had on file from the Trump family.
