Starting in August, all attorneys at Munger, Tolles & Olson will be able to take 18 weeks of paid parental leave.

The Los Angeles-based firm announced Thursday that it has updated its policy to allow 18 weeks of paid parental leave for both primary and nonprimary caregivers. In addition, birth mothers will receive an additional six to eight weeks of paid disability leave, for a total of up to 26 weeks.
