Pharmaceutical giant Celgene Corp. revealed Tuesday it had named a new executive vice president and general counsel from within the company.

Jonathan Biller, Celgene’s senior vice president for tax and treasury and the Summit, New Jersey-based company’s treasurer since 2011, will step in as the top lawyer on July 3.
