Siew Kam Boon joined the firm from K&L Gates, where she was a partner specializing in cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She has acted for private equity firms, including Baring Private Equity Asia and Sequoia Capital, and for corporate clients, such as Microsoft Corp. and Sony Music Entertainment.
