Shearman & Sterling has elected 30-year firm veteran and former European managing partner Creighton Condon as its next senior partner, reports The Am Law Daily.

Condon succeeds current senior partner Rohan Weerasinghe, who is leaving the US firm to become general counsel at Citigroup, a key firm client. At the same time, Shearman is also installing New York–based partner David Beveridge as its new global managing partner.
