Allen & Overy (A&O) is expected to lose around six partners in its corporate practice and two in its London-based US law group, as part of the firm’s restructuring.

All eight of the departures will affect partners in the London office, which the firm has confirmed will be the most heavily impacted as a result of the far-reaching overhaul announced last month (19 February).
