Leeds firm Lupton Fawcett is to acquire the entire commercial and private client business of local rival Fox Hayes.
The deal, agreed in principle, will see Lupton Fawcett taking on 27 fee earners from Fox Hayes – including 10 partners – as well as 11 support staff in the new year.
