The head of enforcement at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) in Washington is set to return to private practice as a partner at McDermott Will & Emery. Gregory Mocek will join McDermott's Washington DC office as a partner in the energy and derivatives practice group in September.In 2002, Mocek was named director of enforcement at the CFTC and was responsible for managing the government agency's investigations and litigation throughout the US.
