CMS Hasche Sigle, the German ally of CMS Cameron McKenna, has beefed up its patent law practice with the hire of a partner from Linklaters, it was announced yesterday (7 May). Markus Deck, whose practice focuses on areas including forensic and advisory patents work, technology transfer and trade mark litigation, will join Hasche Sigle's Duesseldorf arm in June. Clients he has previously advised include Otis, Black & Decker, Tupperware and Wyeth.
