International General Insurance Holdings has appointed Clyde & Co's Dubai office head, Jonathan Silver, as one of two new members of its board. The underwriting and reinsurance company, which is registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre, has total assets in excess of $240m (£122m). Silver joins the board of 11 directors alongside Hani Tarazi, former managing partner of the United Arab Emirates branch of Deloitte & Touche.
