Herbert Smith has appointed the former managing partner of Bircham Dyson Bell, Michael Wood, as a consultant in its trusts and charities group.
Wood, who recently left Birchams to become a management consultant, worked at Birchams for 30 years. He was replaced as managing partner in 2005.
