The merger of pharmaceutical retail giants Boots and Alliance Unichem has seen the latter’s general counsel, Marco Pagni, land the top legal job at the merged company.
Pagni took up the role of general counsel and company secretary at Alliance Boots after the merger completed at the end of last month. His opposite number at Boots, company secretary Michael Oliver, has retired after nearly 20 years with the retailer.
