Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Linklaters and Norton Rose are taking key roles on a working party to advise the German Government on changes to its public-private partnership (PPP) legislation.
The firms form part of an industry group advising the Government on new laws designed to open up Germany’s PPP market and attract more foreign investment.
