Bond Pearce has bagged a headline instruction to advise recycling group Bywaters on a multi-million pound real estate agreement linked to the mammoth regeneration for the 2012 Olympics.

The top 60 UK firm, which secured the lucrative mandate on the back of a personal referral, is acting on the relocation of Bywaters from three east London sites to a single state-of-the-art headquarters in Bow.
