Pinsent Masons has cemented its links with new client Lend Lease after being instructed to advise on the company’s £245m purchase of residential property developer The Crosby Group.
The deal is the first major corporate work the national firm has handled for Lend Lease since its appointment to the client’s first ever UK legal panel, which was set up last year.
