Pinsents’ former head of construction in Birmingham, Chris Kelly, has joined the Birmingham-based No 5 Chambers. Kelly, who left Pinsents in June last year, is a solicitor advocate who is qualified in Australia and the UK. He started at No 5, the UK’s largest set with 147 members, at the beginning of the year.
Pinsents has now seen 19 partner departures since the beginning of last year.
