Telecoms giant Cable & Wireless has launched a wide-ranging panel review in a bid to cut its legal spend and concentrate work among a smaller roster of advisers.
The deadline for submissions to the first stage of the tender process was last week and the review is set to be completed in early March. Law firm presentations are due to start on 26 January, with a view to drawing up a shortlist by 9 February.
