Clifford Chance has become the latest large law firm to fall foul of the perils associated with careless e-mail communication.
Patrick Smith, an Australian lawyer based in London, carelessly sent to 30 recipients an e-mail containing sexually explicit references to a Japanese female lawyer working for another firm.
