Allen & Overy (A&O) will this month decide whether to outsource a major support department to India, in a landmark move for the UK legal profession.
The proposed move would see the City giant transfer a proportion of its 85-strong documentation processing department to India, following the completion of a six-week pilot scheme early last month.
