The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has shaken up its cartel investigations and competition enforcement divisions.
Former Simmons & Simmons lawyer Chris Mayock, currently the acting head of the OFT cartel investigations team, has been appointed as the new director of policy co-ordination in its competition enforcement (CE) division from 1 September.
