French banking leader De Pardieu Brocas Maffei & Leygonie has made another senior hire with the appointment of Credit Agricole Indosuez’s legal chief.
Olivier Hubert has joined De Pardieu’s core banking finance and capital markets group, under the lead of banking head Antoine Maffei, from his position of vice president in charge of the bank’s international legal department. Hubert, who became the Paris firm’s 20th partner, focuses on asset and project finance, securitisation and capital markets transactions.
