Ashurst Morris Crisp has hired a new partner from Dresdner Bank’s investment banking arm Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in the latest hire for the City firm’s growing German law arm.
Rainer Eichholz was the legal managing director of Dresdners’ global debt division and joins Ashursts’ banking and finance practice, where he will concentrate on acquisition and structured finance. Eichholz will divide his time between the firm’s Frankfurt and Munich offices.
