Mountain Software takes on Meridian

Mountain Software this month announced completion of its purchase of privately held Meridian Law, one of the leading developers of IT systems for barristers’ chambers, for an undisclosed price.

A long standing supplier of hardware and software to coroners and the legal industry, Mountain Software expects its annual turnover to rise from £2.5m to about £6m as a result of the acquisition.
