The Warsaw office of Baker & McKenzie has advised France Telecom on the second round acquisition of shares in Polish telecom operator Telekomuikacja Polska (TPSA).
The deal, which saw France Telecom and consortium partner Kulczyk Holding acquire 12.5% of TPSA from the Polish Government, is the largest privatisation in the region this year.
