Eversheds is on the brink of securing Italian law capability through a link-up with Milan-based Piergrossi Villa Manca Graziadei as the national giant moves to kick start its European expansion.
Eversheds is now in the advanced stages of talks with Piergrossi and Legal Week understands that the firms hope to be able to formalise their tie up in January either through a full merger or a formal alliance.
