Stark divisions within national firm Morgan Cole 18 months ago have been revealed in a memo seen by Legal Week that described partners as ‘angry, frustrated, betrayed and indignant’.
The memo, which was circulated to partners before a partner retreat in May 2000, highlighted the difficulties the firm has had integrating its various parts following the two mergers that created the firm.
