Dublin firm Mason Hayes & Curran has formed a strategic alliance with Northern Ireland firm Carson McDowell.
I-law is set to enhance the firms’ Irish client base and to attract US inward investment work.
Both firms have chosen two partners to form the management team for i-law. Declan Moylan and Declan Black from Mason Hayes which, with 15 partners, is the sixth-largest firm in Ireland, and Jeremy Hill and David Jamison from nine-partner Carsons, will lead the alliance and decide on the strategy of the two firms.
