Goodwin Procter has further bolstered its London technology and life sciences group with a hire from U.S. rival Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, just two months after it picked up a team from Taylor Wessing.

The U.S. firm has hired partner Ali Ramadan as it continues to bulk up its technology offering. Ramadan focuses on venture capital, cross-border M&A and private equity transactions for technology businesses.
