LK Bennett Collapse Lands DLA Key Insolvency Contract

DLA Piper has bagged the latest high street chain to go into administration – fashion retailer LK Bennett.

The firm is advising administrators Ernst & Young, with a team led by corporate restructuring partner Richard Obank with insolvency partners Huw Dolphin and Colin Ashford.
