Elite U.K. law firm Slaughter and May has been drafted in to advise the owners of British luxury fashion stalwart Ted Baker as it heads towards administration, while fellow U.K.-led firm, Simmons & Simmons is advising the brand’s holding company.
Ted Baker’s owners, Authentic Brand Group, announced its intention to appoint administrators on Tuesday only 18 months after Authentic first took over the brand.
