Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has named a dedicated leader for the US arm of its international arbitration practice for the first time, promoting New York partner Noiana Marigo to fill the role.
The US international arbitration practice had formerly been overseen by international arbitration global co-head Nigel Blackaby, but the Washington DC partner is now focusing his attention on his wider responsibilities.
