Cripps Harries Hall has expanded its real estate team with the hire of Matthew Cox from Manches. Cox joined the firm's Tunbridge Wells office as a partner in the property team last month (1 January) after serving almost eight years as a non-contentious partner at Manches' London arm.

The top 15 City law firm is one of seven firms to be appointed by the MoD for a four-year term starting last week (10 January).
