Slaughter and May has hiked its NQ pay to £125,000, up from £115,000, according to a statement from the firm.
The jump, effective from November 1, puts the firm’s NQ offering level with competitors including Clifford Chance and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, who both upped their salaries to the same figure in February 2022.
