Eversheds Sutherland and Addleshaw Goddard are advising on the sale of struggling British lifestyle brand FatFace to the U.K. high street retailer Next. Next has acquired the British clothing brand FatFace for a total of £115.2 million, after the Hampshire-based retailer has faced several years of pandemic-related financial woes. This acquisition makes FatFace the latest struggling high street chain to be snapped up by Next.

Last year, Next bought furniture brand Made.com, a minority stake in baby goods store chain JoJo Maman BéBé and more recently Cath Kidston
